Terran Studio is a one-person independent publishing and media studio operated by Paden Hodges in Lubbock, Texas. This page explains what personal data this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Email is stored and sent using Kit (kit.com), an email service provider acting as a data processor on behalf of Terran Studio. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. Website hosting is provided by Bluehost.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set.
Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Unsubscribed addresses are retained only as long as needed to honour the unsubscribe request, then removed.
If you are in the UK, the EU, or another region with equivalent data protection law, these rights are yours by statute and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. Wherever you are, the answer is the same: ask and it's done.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and email addresses are not knowingly collected from them.
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top will change and the change will be mentioned in the next newsletter.
